How do we know if we’re leveled up or not?

It should say 정회원 like that. 준회원 is the state before you have leveled.

How long does it take to level up?
First the level-up process is not automatic, actual people have to check your form, and because we’re not staff members of the fancafe, we can’t give you a certain time period. I leveled in one day but I signed up a long time ago. Leveling up takes longer now because of the many applicants they get in a day. Whenever I try to view things on the fancafe, I get the message of “회원님은 현재 준회원이세요. 이 게시판은 정회원 이상 읽기가 가능해요. 등업신청 관련 게시판을 통해 신청하거나, 카페 활동을 열심히 하셔서 회원 등급을 올려보세요”. What does that mean?
This means that you are still in the non-leveled process and need to level up in order to view certain threads.
